- Returns accepted for unopened / uninstalled product within 30 days of purchase and with proof of purchase / receipt.

- No returns on special ordered products. 

- All products purchased from Bay State Truck Caps Inc will be warranted by us against defects for the length of the manufacturers factory warranty.

- Bay State Truck Caps will not warranty product purchased elsewhere. 

- Is it damaged or is it defective? Damaged, corroded, or worn out products are not considered defective. Bay State Truck Caps Inc will not warranty products that are damaged, corroded, worn out, or installed incorrectly by the customer.

- A defective product that is covered under the manufacturers factory warranty will be repaired or replaced as needed and as the manufacturers warranty provides.

- A defective product that requires replacement will be warranted for the “part only” and does not include labor to replace the defective part unless the manufacturers warranty specifies otherwise. The customer has the right to install the product their self at no additional cost.

- Labor to replace a defective part will be our standard shop rate.
